Infectious Disease & Immunology
With the emergence of the growing therapeutic problem of drug resistance to once effective therapies, the multi-faceted area of infectious diseases continues to be one of the leading causes of global morbidity and mortality in both pediatric and adult populations. While increased efforts toward immunization via vaccines and the development of new antibiotics has had a positive impact in combating infectious disease across the globe, the continuing threat of infectious diseases remains a strong unmet need.
CRMG has extensive experience in designing and conducting clinical trials in the infectious disease area. Our experience spans across both adult and pediatric populations, and includes work with anti-viral, anti-bacterial, anti-parasitic and vaccine study areas. CRMG’s infectious disease experience also includes working with the United States government on a number of different global infectious disease programs.
